SUGGESTED USE

Begin with clean skin

Textured Roller/Spherical Roller:

Begin in the middle of your face and roll out across your cheeks.
Begin at eyebrows and roll upwards across the forehead.
Begin below the lower lip and roll downwards across your chin.

Gua Sha:

we recommend using your preferred facial oil

Beginning with the forehead, scrape from the brow bone to your hairline keeping the tool flush to your face. Moving next to your cheeks, scrape along your cheekbone from the crease of your nose to your ear.

Using the indent part of the guasha where two curves meet, scrape along the jawline from chin to jaw bone.

 Using only light and gentle pressure, press along from the inner corner of your eye and scrape outward to your cheek bone. *This skin is very sensitive! Please be gentle here!*
