A Dallas transplant, Brit brings a warm dose of Southern hospitality to the Pacific Northwest. As a familiar face during the weekend rush, she is often the first person clients connect with when visiting Spruce. If you have stopped by on a Saturday or Sunday, chances are you have already shared a conversation with her.

Brit began her career in the beauty industry over 13 years ago as a hairstylist, where she quickly discovered her passion extended beyond the chair. With a natural gift for leadership, relationship building, and brand development, she now plays a central role in guiding team growth, overseeing marketing strategy, and leading Spruce’s affiliate program.

At the core of Brit’s work is a deep commitment to genuine human connection. She is passionate about mentoring team members, helping clients feel confident and supported, and cultivating a beauty and wellness community rooted in inclusivity and authenticity. Her leadership helps shape Spruce into a welcoming, safe space where everyone feels seen, respected, and celebrated.

Outside of Spruce, Brit enjoys photography, planning her next travel adventure, and checking trails off her Pacific Northwest AllTrails bucket list.
