Because when you leave a positive Google review for Spruce, it amplifies our online presence! This helps others find our webshop, learn about our brick-and-mortar storefront and skincare studio, get to know and support our estheticians, and it helps us to build trust with potential new customers!
Secrets to a perfect review:
- The more specific and detailed your review, the better! This doesn’t mean it needs to be long though – a few choice details go a long way and truly make a difference.
- If you loved your experience in our skincare studio, consider mentioning staff members and services by name! E.g., “I had the most relaxing, zenned-out 75-minute facial with Devorro.”
- If you are loving products you have purchased in our store or from our webshop, consider sharing those products by name! E.g., “Spruce is my go-to spot for clean beauty essentials. I am so happy I found the Ilia Limitless Lash Mascara, the Osea Anti Aging Body Balm, and the Vitruvi diffuser in their shop!”.
How to leave a Google review:
- Type the name of the business that you would like to review into Google and hit search or return. The business’s Google profile will then populate. (This will be at the top of your screen if you are viewing on your cell phone and to the right hand side of the screen if you are viewing on your computer.)
- Click the highlighted section that says “Reviews,” and leave a review! It’s that simple.
Of course, we would LOVE for you to leave us a review. But more than that, we highly recommend doing this for all of your favorite small businesses! Enjoyed some killer take-out Saturday night? Found your new favorite clothing shop? Bought the cutest plants at a local shop on Sunday? Absolutely loving your latest haircut? Take a couple minutes and leave those businesses a positive review! This is such an impactful way to help a small business – especially during these wild times we are all living through.
