"Summer is magical in the PNW, so much to fit in to these beautiful months. I like to make sure I am taking Daily Support with 11:11 by Rainbo, a fantastic functional mushroom tincture to maintain energy, immunity and general resilience. I like to put a dropperful in my morning coffee. My favorite SPF on my dry and sensitive skin type is Unsun, which leaves my skin feeling dewy and hydrated, with no white cast. Like all of our products, it’s made from clean, non toxic ingredients- with no white finish, is rare in sun care. (It’s also fun to note that it was founded by Frank Ocean’s mom.) I also love to exfoliate any dry skin off my body with Osea’s Salt of the Earth Scrub, it leaves my skin super glowy and hydrated."

"Golden Hour Deet-Free Bug Repellent , I love sitting by the fire in our backyard with a glass of wine and I couldn’t do that without this spray. It’s not sticky and it smells good! Comes in wipe form as well. Unsun Tinted SPF, for obvious reasons. Botnia Body Cream, my skin tends to get really dry during summer so I love layering this cream with an oil to get an added boost of moisture. Reverie Anti-Frizz Leave-In Nourishing Treatment, I like to reapply this during the day on dry ends but I will also mix this with a hair oil and use as a hair mask and put my hair into a slicked back bun!"

"Lightweight but hydrating moisturizer is a must have for me in the summer! Higher temperatures encourage more sebum production which causes the skin to be a more oily. That mixed with a heavy moisturizer can make your skin feel weighed down and greasy which can be super annoying! My go to summer fav is Barrier Culture Moisturizer from The Nue Co for plump hydrated summer skin!"
