We'll keep it short and sweet (shouts out Sabrina Carpenter) for this month. The temps are dropping, the sun's setting earlier, we're getting cozier by the minute. We've got a good suggestion for ya to sit by the fire and warm up - a cult classic - s'mores.
We're not going to blow your minds with a groundbreaking s'mores recipe - we're going to just give you the classic, simple recipe. Use the graham crackers you prefer, the marshmallow you prefer, and find your favorite bar of chocolate at Spruce Apothecary. It'll step up your game, support a local business, and make those s'mores a bit more bangin'.
#SpruceApproved Campfire S'mores
- 1 box of graham crackers
- 1 bag of marshmallows
- 1 bar of chocolate (such as Mast)
- Build a (safe) roaring campfire!!!
- Break all graham crackers in half to create 8 squares. Place one square of Mast chocolate on 4 graham squares, and place on a flat spot near fire (chocolate will get all melty).
- Place marshmallows on skewer or marshmallow roasting stick. Roast over open flame or grill until toasted to your preference.
- Carefully transfer marshmallow onto graham cracker with chocolate, then top with second graham cracker square.
- Enjoy and repeat until your heart's content.
Come visit us this month and cozy up with a candle, a blanket, a good bar of chocolate and say hello to Fall!
